Consumer Sampling

IDI offers access to millions of consumers across different segments and geographies. Consumers provide valuable insight to for product development, marketing, and branding decisions. They also influence the policy, messaging, and media strategies of Government. We have build of expertise and capabilities to manage and maintain large consumer respondents. We are able to provide insightful and trustworthy inputs, because we build a relationship of trust, respect, and shared benefits within our respondent communities.

Respondents have this trust and confidence that their personal information will always be kept confidential, and the information they provide will be valued, appreciated, and used constructively. Respondents also benefit from the personal satisfaction of an engaging and enjoyable survey experience. IDI recruits the consumers and engage them actively and creatively throughout the year. Although we manage and maintain a large number of respondents its not that anyone or every once could be the member of our respondent community.

Although anyone can apply to join our respondent community, we have checks in place to prevent duplication or fraud. These methods can range from technology aided techniques to identify duplicates to traditional approaches like requiring a residential address or Government issued identification numbers.
