Face-to-face

The Personal Interview survey is one of the most frequently used method in marketing and other type of primary research. This is primarily due to its flexibility. Out of three most popular survey methods- Mail, Telephone and Personal Interview, it is personal interview survey that collects the best feedback from voice, facial expression and body language.

In Personal interview many aids and stimulus material can be used during survey including pictures, show cards, problems, diagram and advertisement copy. In addition to all sampling and selection of respondent is done in far more precise manner in this method than all other method.

Furthermore, because of rapport that can be developed face-to-face and reluctance of many potential respondents to reject a face-to-face request, the number of refused response is much less when compared to other survey method.

IDI has a extensive infrastructure of conducting F2F interviews. We have a pool of expert F2F interviewers associated with us ensuring highest quality of data located in all the major regional and business hubs across the Globe.

Given the geographical and cultural diversity we work in we have invested in developing local and regional level interviewers ensuring that diverse nature of languages and culture does not serve as a bottleneck in collecting the right data and information. Apart from our own interviewing infrastructure we also have a extensive associate network across the Globe providing us with unparallel reach and extensive interviewing infrastructure worldwide.

The F2F interviews are also facilitated through TAPI (Telephonic Assisted Personal Interviews) and CAPI (Computer Assisted Personal Interviews)
