The quality of the online panel is not only decided by the size of the panel but also other factors such as panel segmentation, responsiveness and incidence rate of the panel, the recruitment process etc. IDI has a online panel which is not only big in size but is also a result of sound recruitments process and ongoing engagement with the respondents which results in high responsiveness and incidence rate. IDI encourages the long-term participation of our online community through members-only Websites and support services. IDI also continually innovates in its survey rewards process and mechanism based on tests, evaluation and panel feedback to ensure that they are valued by respondents and appropriate for the task.

Our expert team is dedicated to finding innovative ways to grow IDI's online research communities and to launch research panels around specific common interests and in new markets. IDI recruits online respondents through wide variety of resources using a combination of various methods and targeted approaches. These include banner ads, keywords, search links, pop-up polls, email, online invitations, and co-registration. Community membership is double opt-in, and all applicants are carefully screened.
